Ready to hit your step goal? Associates in our Distribution buildings walk or stand for 90-100% of their shifts. Shifts may be up to 12 hours.

If your date and time no longer work for you, please log in to your Candidate Account and access the event to make changes. 

You may only reschedule a limited number of times - so be careful when cancelling or choosing a new time. 

As the world is taking extra precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19, Exdup is doing its part with additional measures to help maintain a safe working and shopping environment for our associates and customers.

Here are a few tips on how to stay up to date on the status of your application:
  • Monitor the email you used when you applied. We'll send you updates and info on next steps soon. Don't forget to check spam and junk folders.
  • Check the status of your application by logging into the account you created when you initially applied. 

You can! If you are unable to login, please click here and locate the link that says "Forgot Password." You will then be prompted to enter your email address that you used to create your candidate account. After doing so, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password!

You can update your contact information within your candidate account by following the steps below:

If you're not a former associate 
  • Start on the homepage of your candidate account
  • Log in with your email and password
  • Scroll down to My Account on the right hand side, select the Update Contact Information button. 
  • Edit the appropriate fields and select "OK"

If you're a former associate 
  • Update your contact information by accessing your mind Portal
  • Navigate to myhr.exdup.com
  • Select Alumni, Spouses & Domestic Partners
  • If you are a new user, select "New User" and fill out the appropriate sections
  • Once logged in, select the "Verify Personal Information" tile
  • Here you'll be able to update your phone number, email address, name, etc. ​​​​
